Pascal Cardinal has been a player in the digital and IT industry since 1996. After managing the North American online presence at Guillemot, Ubisoft's hardware division, Pascal headed for Silicon Valley where he was an ERP solutions expert at i2. In 2002, Pascal returned to Montreal to manage Generation Flash, a web design & development company which was later acquired by Gesca and became part of the building blocks of w.illi.am. Soon after, Pascal co-founded Streamtheworld, a streaming solutions provider for broadcasters, where he developed live and on-demand streaming solutions which are now being used by media giants such as CBS Radio, AOL Radio and Entercom. Streamtheworld was acquired by Triton Media in 2010.

Pascal then joined Virtual Paper in 2007 as VP Product and Strategy and was later appointed Company CEO in 2010.

As President and CEO of iperceptions, Pascal is responsible for developing corporate strategy, pursuing growth across markets and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

Lane Cochrane has more than 20 years of management and business development experience in the market research and analytics industry. As Chief Innovation Officer, Lane is responsible for developing customer analytics offerings that maximize the value of customer research within the evolving customer experience management industry.
 
Lane supports a team of innovative data scientists and expert analysts working with the latest data science techniques to develop leading-edge analytic solutions.
 
Lane has a proven research track record with over 10 years in leadership roles at The Nielsen Company. While at Nielsen, Lane led innovative new research solutions and worked closely with leading brands such as Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble.

Philippe Dufour is a seasoned finance professional with 10 years of experience in a wide range of industries, including the technology, construction, professional services and manufacturing sectors.

Philippe joined iperceptions as Corporate Controller and quickly moved into a leadership position. As Vice President of Finance, Philippe is responsible for the financial strategy, risk mitigation strategy and investor relations. He also oversees the daily financial operations and financial reporting.

Prior to iPerceptions, Philippe was a corporate accountant for DJL Construction (a Vinci Company), where he was responsible for budgeting and forecasting. He also worked for Grant Thornton in Montreal as an auditor.

Philippe has a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and accounting from HEC Montreal and is a registered CPA.

Isabelle has over 15 years’ experience in operations and strategic planning with various multinational brands. She also has an extensive background in account management and market/consumer research from working for global advertising agencies.
 
Shortly after joining iperceptions, Isabelle moved into a leadership role where she was responsible for building and managing the Customer Success department. As Vice President of Client Services, Isabelle is responsible for project delivery and custom solutions as well as putting in place best practice processes.
 
Prior to iperceptions, Isabelle worked as a marketing and consulting service Director in the web and mobile industry.
 
Isabelle has a Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics and Marketing from HEC Montreal.

Maxime Bellerose is an information technology executive with more than 15 years of experience. As Chief Technology Officer at iperceptions, Maxime is responsible for ensuring that the company's development practices are on the cutting edge, as well as delivering quality technology solutions on time. Maxime is also responsible for enforcing best industry security practices in all areas of the business. 

Prior to iperceptions, Maxime was the VP of Infrastructure at Acquisio, where he was responsible for the various infrastructure groups including the management of the company's IT budgets. In addition, he was responsible for the software development of the various APIs of the company.

William is a seasoned analytics expert with over 12 years of experience in the areas of research design, data analysis, and project management. As Director of Analytics, William is responsible for managing the iperceptions Analytics team and developing new methods for clients to derive the most value from their digital Voice of the Customer data.

Prior to iperceptions, William was a Senior Analyst and Project Manager at Opinion Search, the Canadian component of Harris Interactive.

William has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Concordia University.

José is in charge of managing the entire Server Infrastructure, overseeing the System Administrator team to manage the IT infrastructure and implement any necessary changes, and managing cloud services.

José has more than twenty years of experience in the field of information technology as a consultant, team leader and senior consultant. He has worked for companies such as Nurun, Above Security (Hitachi), Mediagrif Interactive Technologies, Videotron, Videotron Information Systems, Telecom Limited, and the Bank of Montreal.

Throughout his career, José supported production teams, managed computer parks, administered IT projects, updated various operating systems, and established backup and recovery systems.

Michael has over 20 years of international sales and business development experience within the Software as a Service (SaaS) Industry, having worked with market leaders in online collaboration solutions, case management software, and digital research solutions.

Michael joined iperceptions in 2013 as a Sales Account Executive and moved into the role of Senior Director of Sales after six years of consistently exceeding sales objectives while developing and maintaining customer relationships with predominant Fortune 500 organizations. In his current role, Michael is responsible for both new and existing sales channels and associated revenue streams.

In charge of marketing strategy, Daniel creates multi-channel campaigns to acquire and retain customers by defining the company’s brand and articulating its value proposition. Additionally, he manages, coaches and develops a team of marketing specialists, by valuing collaboration, continued learning and mutual respect.

Daniel began his journey at iperceptions in 2010 as a Support Analyst and grew into a variety of roles in the Analytics team. A few years later he joined the Research team as Data Scientist and helped develop iperceptions’ research maps; and later joined the Marketing team. His experience servicing iperceptions’ clients is key to crafting messaging that resonates with the company’s target prospects.

Passionate about marketing and creating music, Daniel stands one foot in the analytic world, the other in the creative world.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing from HEC Montreal, as well as an Award of Achievement in Digital Analytics from University of British-Columbia.

Martin Le Sauteur is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in the digital marketing and advertising industries. As CEO of Argon 18, Martin is responsible for spearheading corporate strategy, sourcing new technologies for further growth, and ensuring the cycling company runs at peak performance.

Before his tenure as CEO of iperceptions from 2016 to early 2019, Martin was President and Chief Operating Officer of award-winning agency Marketel McCann Erickson.

Prior to joining Marketel McCann Erickson, he was President and Chief Executive Officer at Acquisio, one of the fastest-growing companies in North America. Before joining the Acquisio team, he was Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Nurun, one of the top 50 interactive agencies in the world.

Denis M. Sirois has over 15 years of experience in investment management and corporate finance. During the course of his career, he has been involved in numerous investment transactions involving companies of all sizes, from start-ups to large caps. Denis started his career with BCCL, where he was appointed President in 1993, before he moved on to Exaclan, a private holding company, where he was responsible for overseeing the firm’s investment portfolio. Denis sits on the boards of Telesystem, Exaclan, iperceptions, Prevtec Microbia, Hortau and Opsens.

Dominic Becotte is a partner at XPND since 2011. Dominic's areas of expertise include various industry sectors such as technology, internet, media, telecommunications, leisure and entertainment, and retail.

Previously, Dominic was SVP – Investment Banking / M&A at Messier Maris & Associés (MM&A) for 8 years in New York and Paris, where he acted as an advisor for cross-border merger and acquisition and private equity transactions. Dominic was also with National Bank Financial in Montreal serving as an associate in Corporate and Investment Banking for 4 years.

Dominic is a CFA chartholder. He graduated from HEC-Montreal in 2001 with a Master of Sciences degree in finance and in 1999 with a B.Com degree in finance.

Jerry Tarasofsky co-founded CSI Diagnostics in 2010 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Jerry founded iperceptions Inc., in 2000 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President until May 19. 2009. Jerry has over 40 years of business and technology experience. He served as Chief Evangelist of iperceptions Inc. from May 15, 2009 to September 2009. He co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Capability Snapshot Inc., (CSI). In 1984, he co-founded Mage Centers for Management Development (Mage), an international management consulting firm and served as its President. In 1976, he co-founded Compucentre Inc. and served as its President. He also introduced PCs to the Canadian market including Apple, TI, Commodore and IBM. He has been a Non-Executive Director of DataWind Inc. since August 18, 2016. Jerry has been a Director of iPerceptions Inc., since June 29, 2007.

As managing partner of XPND Capital since 2011, an investment fund for companies in the transportation, technology, media and entertainment sector, with nearly $ 100 million, Alexandre Taillefer is a serial entrepreneur that became known publicly thanks to his participation on the television show « Dans l’Oeil du Dragon ».

At the age of 21, he founded Intellia (1993), which further became Nurun, an interactive agency owned by Publicis. In 2001, he founded Hexacto, which within two years became a world leader in mobile gaming and was bought by Jamdat Mobile and later by Electronic Arts. In 2007, he co-founded Stingray Digital, a public company that broadcasts music daily in more than 100 million households around the world. He founded Téo in 2015, an all-electric taxi company that revolutionized the industry.

He chairs on numerous boards including GSM Project, iPerceptions, Communications Voir and Lion Buses.

A tireless advocate of culture, he was a member of the board of directors of the Opéra de Montréal from 1996 to 2012. He is chairman of the Steering Committee of Montréal, Cultural Metropolis. Since 2012, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Montreal Museum of Contemporary Art, which has since undergone a major revitalization.

He also pens a socially engaged column for the newly revamped monthly publication Voir and does not hesitate to share his ideas and his passion as a speaker.
