Martin Le Sauteur is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in the digital marketing and advertising industries. As CEO of iPerceptions, Martin is responsible for developing corporate strategy, pursuing growth across markets and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
Before joining iPerceptions, Martin was President and Chief Operating Officer of award-winning agency Marketel McCann Erickson.
Prior to joining Marketel McCann Erickson, he was President and Chief Executive Officer at Acquisio, one of the fastest-growing companies in North America. Before joining the Acquisio team, he was Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Nurun, one of the top 50 interactive agencies in the world.
Duff Anderson is a visionary in digital Voice of the Customer research with over 20 years’ experience. As Senior Vice President and Co-Founder of iPerceptions, Duff is responsible for providing expert advice to organizations on how to gain a competitive advantage across the digital customer lifecycle and become more customer-centric.
During his time at iPerceptions, Duff has touched on all facets of the company, including managing research and development.
Prior to iPerceptions, Duff was Director of Development at Capability Snapshot where he led the transition from hard copy scanning and telephone-based surveying to online surveying. Duff is a featured speaker and contributor on the subjects of digital analytics, marketing technologies and the customer experience.
Pascal Cardinal has been a player in the digital and IT industry since 1996. After managing the North American online presence at Guillemot, Ubisoft's hardware division, Pascal headed for Silicon Valley where he was an ERP solutions expert at i2. In 2002, Pascal returned to Montreal to manage Generation Flash, a web design & development company which was later acquired by Gesca and became part of the building blocks of w.illi.am. Soon after, Pascal co-founded Streamtheworld, a streaming solutions provider for broadcasters, where he developed live and on-demand streaming solutions which are now being used by media giants such as CBS Radio, AOL Radio and Entercom. Streamtheworld was acquired by Triton Media in 2010.
Pascal then joined Virtual Paper in 2007 as VP Product and Strategy and was later appointed Company CEO in 2010.
Most recently, Pascal was Director of Innovation at one of Canada’s largest digital media agencies, Mediative, a division of Yellow Pages Group, where he built a complete technology stack and multiple custom products related to analytics and programmatic advertising.
Lane Cochrane has more than 20 years of management and business development experience in the market research and analytics industry. As Chief Analytics Officer, Lane is responsible for developing the next generation of digital research offerings that maximize the value of customer research within the dynamic and evolving digital analytics and digital marketing ecosystem.
Lane supports a team of innovative data scientists and expert analysts to develop and implement leading-edge digital customer research.
Lane has a proven research track record with over 10 years in leadership roles at The Nielsen Company. While at Nielsen, Lane led innovative new research solutions and worked closely with leading brands such as Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble.
Derek Zakaib is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the information technology space. As Chief Marketing Officer, Derek is responsible for all things marketing, from product marketing to online marketing to lead generation. Derek is also responsible for product strategy, user experience and pricing.
Prior to joining iPerceptions, Derek was EVP of Product Design at Stingray Digital where he oversaw product strategy and design. He also co-founded and was EVP of Product & Marketing at Hexacto, a mobile gaming company. Hexacto was eventually acquired by JAMDAT Mobile, and following a successful IPO was bought out by Electronic Arts (EA). Then at EA, Derek oversaw creative game development for the company’s mobile Montreal Studio. Derek has also worked as an Artistic Director at Cossette Interactive, one of the largest digital agencies in Canada.
Derek holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and a bachelor degree in environment design.
Marc Tremblay is a veteran in the high tech space with over 25 years of experience shaping information technology operations and strategy. As Chief Technology Officer, Marc is responsible for the development and operation of iPerceptions’ SaaS platform and its integration with client and partner platforms and technologies. Marc also manages IT and the intellectual property portfolio for iPerceptions.
Previously, Marc held the roles of CTO and Vice-President of Product Development, developing Neuralitic’s SevenFlow big data mobile marketing analytics platform as well as Neuralitic’s intellectual property strategy.
Before joining Neuralitic, Marc headed the product management team responsible for the Access Optimization and Streaming Media product lines at Openwave Systems, a Californian based company. Also he was Vice President of Research and Development at Sipro Lab Telecom/VoiceAge Corporation, the globally renowned research and licensing powerhouse.
Sylvain Laporte is a passionate executive with over 15 years of experience in the digital analytics and machine learning industries. As CTO of Datacratic, Sylvain is responsible for a multidisciplinary team of developers and data scientists.
Before joining Datacratic, Sylvain was in charge of research at iPerceptions overseeing data science initiatives in machine learning, business intelligence and natural language processing.
Prior to joining iPerceptions, he spent 5 years in the gaming industry at Roofdog Games and Electronic Arts where he was responsible for many hit games.
Philippe Dufour is a seasoned finance professional with 10 years of experience in a wide range of industries, including the technology, construction, professional services and manufacturing sectors.
Philippe joined iPerceptions as Corporate Controller and quickly moved into a leadership position. As Vice President of Finance, Philippe is responsible for the financial strategy, risk mitigation strategy and investor relations. He also oversees the daily financial operations and financial reporting.
Prior to iPerceptions, Philippe was a corporate accountant for DJL Construction (a Vinci Company), where he was responsible for budgeting and forecasting. He also worked for Grant Thornton in Montreal as an auditor.
Philippe has a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and accounting from HEC Montreal and is a registered CPA.
François-Charles Sirois has more than 15 years of experience in corporate mergers, acquisitions and financing. His entrepreneurship expertise and talent for developing successful joint ventures with innovative partners have enabled Telesystem to leverage the momentum in the media and technology industry. Before joining Telesystem, he managed joint venture and real estate investments. He also founded and led up2 technologies, Microcell i5 and Masq.
François-Charles is currently Executive Chairman of OnMobile Global Limited and Chairman of Stingray Digital. He also serves on the boards of Telesystem, iPerceptions, Zone3, the Sainte-Justine UHC Foundation and Alpine Canada Alpin.
Denis M. Sirois has over 15 years of experience in investment management and corporate finance. During the course of his career, he has been involved in numerous investment transactions involving companies of all sizes, from start-ups to large caps. Denis started his career with BCCL, where he was appointed President in 1993, before he moved on to Exaclan, a private holding company, where he was responsible for overseeing the firm’s investment portfolio. Denis sits on the boards of Telesystem, Exaclan, iPerceptions, Prevtec Microbia, Hortau and Opsens.
Jerry Tarasofsky co-founded CSI Diagnostics in 2010 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Jerry founded iPerceptions Inc., in 2000 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President until May 19. 2009. Jerry has over 40 years of business and technology experience. He served as Chief Evangelist of iPerceptions Inc. from May 15, 2009 to September 2009. He co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Capability Snapshot Inc., (CSI). In 1984, he co-founded Mage Centers for Management Development (Mage), an international management consulting firm and served as its President. In 1976, he co-founded Compucentre Inc. and served as its President. He also introduced PCs to the Canadian market including Apple, TI, Commodore and IBM. He has been a Non-Executive Director of DataWind Inc. since August 18, 2016. Jerry has been a Director of iPerceptions Inc., since June 29, 2007.
Alexandre Taillefer is managing partner at XPND, his most recent venture. He is the co-founder and former CEO of Stingray Digital, a media company based in Montreal that owns and operates Galaxie, the leading broadcast radio stations available on TV in Canada, as well as The Karaoke Channel, the largest karaoke company in North America and Europe, and Stingray360 (formerly Chum Satellite Services), the leading commercial music provider in Canada. A seasoned entrepreneur in the software and media industry, he is the founder of Nurun, a company he sold to Quebecor in 1996, and of Hexacto, a wireless gaming company, now owned by EA Mobile.
Alexandre is Chairman of the Montreal Museum of Contemporary Art and sits on various boards, including BeHaviour, gsmprjct°, iPerceptions and Lumenpulse.
Dominic Becotte is a partner at XPND since 2011. Dominic's areas of expertise include various industry sectors such as technology, internet, media, telecommunications, leisure and entertainment, and retail.
Previously, Dominic was SVP – Investment Banking / M&A at Messier Maris & Associés (MM&A) for 8 years in New York and Paris, where he acted as an advisor for cross-border merger and acquisition and private equity transactions. Dominic was also with National Bank Financial in Montreal serving as an associate in Corporate and Investment Banking for 4 years.
Dominic is a CFA chartholder. He graduated from HEC-Montreal in 2001 with a Master of Sciences degree in finance and in 1999 with a B.Com degree in finance.
