Sales Account Executive
Montreal, QC, Canada

iperceptions is a global leader in Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions, helping Fortune 1000 brands  become customer-centric organizations. We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join us at our Montreal headquarters.

You are an empathic listener and a people person. You are tenacious, results-oriented, and a persuasive communicator. As a key member of our team, you will be at the heart of the sales process. You will be responsible for negotiating and closing sales opportunities with new clients.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working with new account opportunities from negotiation to closure by improving the rate, size and scope of deals;
  • Identifying the needs and challenges of the potential customer;
  • Generating and managing sales through a disciplined pipeline process;
  • Meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas of closed deals within targeted accounts;
  • Meticulously documenting records of interactions with potential opportunities in our CRM.

You have:

  • +2 years of experience in sales;
  • Exceptional English communication skills (oral and written);
  • Knowledge of B2B Sales, Market Research, IT and/or an ability to learn rapidly;
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Business;
  • French oral and written skills is a strong asset;
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
  • A personality that is competitive, resilient, and highly motivated.
