Controller Assistant
Montreal, QC, Canada

iperceptions is looking for an organized person with a strong sense of priorities and good abilities to work in a team to fill the position of Controller Assistant. The position is located in downtown Montreal.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring effective cash management, budget forecasting and reporting to stakeholders, departments, and executives;
  • Maintaining and establishing internal procedures, processes, and internal controls;
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and financial reporting standards;
  • Overseeing the work of the accounts receivable and payable team, as well as payroll management;
  • Ensuring that the records are kept accurately, that the fees are paid and that the revenues are collected;
  • Participating in the claim process of grants and credits including the SR&ED;
  • Participating in monthly and annual budget preparation and financial statements;
  • Being responsible for the year-end files, coordinating audit and tax activities with external auditors;
  • Analyzing financial reports to measure and improve, and controlling processes that impact the effectiveness of operations;
  • Being the primary point of contact in case of external audits;
  • Participating in the analysis, evaluation and selection of the tools used by the accounting/finance team.

You have:

  • +2 years of experience in a similar position (open to candidates from accounting firms);
  • Bachelor in accounting, CPA accounting title an asset;
  • French/English bilingualism (spoken and written);
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel.

Senior Account Executive
Montreal, QC, Canada

You are a tenacious self-starter with a track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced and demanding environment. You are well-known for your successful “hunting strategies” and, you are a true team player and trusted business advisor.

iPerceptions is looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Senior Account Executive, responsible for generating new business within an assigned US territory on the east coast. The role is based either in downtown Montreal, or on the east coast of the US.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ownership of the end to end sales process to maintain and exceed sales quotas;
  • Qualifying and closing new business to generate revenue;
  • Effectively converting marketing qualified leads to new business opportunities;
  • Identifying prospects' needs, understanding business drivers behind requests, and clearly articulating iperceptions’ value proposition;
  • Leveraging product demos while utilizing objection handling skills and closing techniques in order to win deals;
  • Executing in short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success;
  • Developing strong relationships with key clients that will generate revenue;
  • Managing all aspects of lead management within salesforce.com.

You have:

  • +5 years B2B Sales experience in the Software As A Service (SaaS) industry;
  • Experience in complex selling processes or products in the Customer Experience, Marketing, or Digital Research departments is an asset;
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and promote products and services;
  • Strong ability to influence decision-makers and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs;
  • Good use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process;
  • Ability to travel to the US, once every few months.

Research Analyst

We are looking for a Research Analyst to join the Analytical Services group at our Montreal headquarters. Reporting to the Director of Analytics, the ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical and presentation skills to create compelling reports and deliver ongoing Customer Experience (CX) insights for a variety of our enterprise clients.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Designing research strategy (questionnaire design, sampling plan, data integration) that addresses client’s business needs based on iperceptions’ research frameworks;
  • Preparing analyses, summarized in compelling reports, to provide ongoing delivery of insight to clients;
  • Presenting clear, focused, and informative analysis to clients including business implications and actionable recommendations;
  • Supporting Strategic Account Managers in order to generate account satisfaction and growth;
  • Supporting ongoing development of iperceptions research solutions within research design, statistics, semantics, and predictive sciences.

You have: 

  • 2 to 3 years of work experience in consumer research, digital or web analytics, usability research, or experience management;
  • Experience with an analytics tool (i.e.: SPSS) and the MS Office suite;
  • Any experience in a leadership role is an asset;
  • Understanding of digital business strategies;
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant program including: Marketing Science; Business Management / eCommerce; Psychology / Social Sciences;
  • Willingness to travel (limited but required);
  • Very strong professional communication skills in English (French an asset).

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

iperceptions is looking for a punctual and reliable person with a strong work ethic to fill the position of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. The position is located at our Montreal headquarters. 

You will be responsible for: 

  • Bringing support to the management team;
  • Preparing and writing memos, emails, reports, presentations, excel tables etc.);
  • Dealing with accounts payable;
  • Completing data entry, document scanning, and filing;
  • Supporting HR initiatives;
  • Organizing corporate events and gatherings;
  • Preparing and processing incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Welcoming visitors and answering their requests;
  • Answering incoming calls and redirecting them;
  • Maintaining office and kitchen supply inventory;

Senior Designer
Montreal, QC, Canada

You are a multi-disciplinary designer with a keen aesthetic sensibility and an eye for crafting visually appealing designs to a high level of detail.

You have strong interpersonal communication and problem solving/analytical skills, and you are known for your abilities to articulate your ideas clearly.

iperceptions offers you a permanent position as Senior Designer to work at our Montreal headquarters. You will help to build and maintain our brand’s visual identity.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Designing web pages, email marketing templates, web banners, online advertising, animations, PowerPoint presentations, imagery, iconography, infographics, digital and print brochures and direct mailers for the B2B industry;
  • Designing branded kiosks, posters and giveaways for industry events or marketing initiatives;
  • Coaching, training and assigning work to a Multimedia Designer who will report to you and help produce deliverables;
  • Collaborating with the Multimedia Designer to create professional caliber photography and video productions;
  • Promoting alignment between departments to ensure brand and experience consistency;
  • Handling print-production with external suppliers;
  • Coordinating with freelance Front-End developers and graphic designers, when required.

You have: 

  • + 5 years of experience in graphic and web design;
  • Solid knowledge of design theory, especially principles of graphic design, typography and usability;
  • Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, XD), Microsoft PowerPoint, Tumult Hype (or any equivalent HTML5 animation software), and basic front-end coding (CSS, HTML);
  • Experience in studio lighting, photography and video production, an asset;
  • Experience integrating web page designs using a CMS; an asset;
  • Bilingual in French and English.
