Business Development Manager
Montreal, QC, Canada

You are a tenacious, results oriented, self-starter who enjoys a fast paced and demanding environment. You have a proven track record of leaveraging multiple prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities, maximize revenue potential, and grow accounts.

iperceptions is looking for a results driven and highly analytical Business Development Manager, responsible for generating new leads and developing business opportunities. The role is based in Montreal downtown, at our headquater.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Acquiring new enterprise clients (Quebec Territory)
  • Managing, developing, and growing a book of business of existing clients (Canada & US);
  • Developing and implementing a business plan to uncover and maximize prospective leads;
  • Responsible for uncovering new clients through prospecting and business development activities;
  • Generate leads through researching the market, cultivating your personal network, emailing, cold calling, and leaveraging social networking;
  • Identify decision makers and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team;
  • Work with management to develop sales/marketing strategies and penetrate new markets;
  • Research, analyze and understand competitors and trends.

You have:

  • +5 years experience in business development;
  • Any experience background in technology, marketing or research is a strong asset;
  • Bilingual skills in French and in English, mandatory;
    • Strong ability to communicate effectively and promote products and services;
    • Strong ability to influence decision makers and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs;
  • Good use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, an asset;
  • Ability to travel to the US, once every few months.

Research Analyst

Reporting to the Director of Analytics, the ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical and presentation skills to create compelling reports and deliver ongoing Customer Experience (CX) insights for a variety of our Fortune 500 clients.

  • Designing research strategy (questionnaire design, sampling plan, data integration) that addresses client’s business needs based on iperceptions’ research frameworks;

  • Presenting clear, focused, and insightful analysis to clients including business implications and actionable recommendations;
  • Supporting Strategic Account Managers in order to generate account satisfaction and growth;
  • Supporting ongoing development of iperceptions research solutions within research design, statistics, semantics, and predictive sciences.

You have: 

  • 1 to 2 years of work experience in consumer research, digital or web analytics, usability research, or experience management;
  • Experience with an Analytics tool (i.e.: SPSS) and the MS Office suite;
  • Any experience in a leadership role is an asset;
  • Understanding of digital business strategies;
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant program including: Marketing Science; Business Management / eCommerce; Psychology / Social Sciences;
  • Willingness to travel (limited but required);
  • Very strong professional communication skills in English (French an asset).

Pre-sales solutions Engineer
Montreal, QC, Canada

You are a self-starter and tenacious team player with charismatic personality and excellent issue resolution abilities who enjoys working on a pre-sales role. You have a proven track record of selling services as part of a solution, with strong technical interest, and exceptional communication skills.

iperceptions is looking for a sale and business driven Pre-sales solutions Engineer, responsible for developing and positioning solutions involving iperceptions’ products and services to create expansion within North-America. The role is based in Montreal downtown, at our headquarters.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • All of the technical aspects of the sale and being involved in the product roadmap;
  • Maintaining expert knowledge of the iperceptions offering, from software to services;
  • Articulating and demonstrating iperceptions’ software solutions and services, influencing customer’s technical requirements, and positioning products relative to competition;
  • Confirming that iperceptions’ products and solutions meet the prospect’s requirements and assisting sales in technical qualifications;
  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations and conference call discussions explaining solutions to customers and prospective customers;
  • Working with customers and analysts to assess product and research needs and to determine solution requirements;
  • Planing solution modifications and configurations to meet customer needs;
  • Recommending features and new user stories for product development;
  • Helping in researching and developing new solutions.

You have:

  • 5+ years experience in Technical Sales, Software Architecture;
  • Strong customer facing and relationship building skills;
  • Strong listening and question based selling skills;
  • Ability to travel as necessary;
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office Suite;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript, an asset;
  • Basic knowledge of Tableau Software, an asset.
