2000 - iPerceptions is founded.
 


2002 - iPerceptions released the first Voice of the Customer (VoC) industry standards for hospitality and automotive brands.


2007 - iPerceptions (iPE) is listed on Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).
 
 


2008 - iPerceptions secured funding from Skuli Mogensen and Telesystem Ltd.
 


2008 - iPerceptions developed 4Q with Avinash Kaushik, digital marketing evangelist for Google and bestselling web analytics author. 4Q is a permission based survey solution that leverages the ‘4 most important survey questions’. Today, 4Q is part of the iPerceptions Enterprise platform.

2011 - iPerceptions launched the first random sampling Voice of the Customer solution for mobile websites.


2012 - iPerceptions became a private company when it received funding from XPND Capital, a growth capital fund run by Alexandre Taillefer.


2014 - iPerceptions launched its Audience Recognition technology that recognizes user intentions in real-time. Today, this technology is available through Datacratic.


2015 - iPerceptions launched its Experience Optimization Solution that provides usability and optimization teams with insights that help enhance the customer experience.


2016 - iPerceptions bought Datacratic, an Ad Tech company.
