What is happening to 4Q survey?
4Q Survey will no longer exist and you have been upgraded to iPerceptions’ new Active Research Platform. The 4 greatest survey questions ever are still available through the new platform and 4Q is now just one of the many research frameworks available.
Will I be able to pay the same price on the new platform?
Yes. All current 4Q customers have been upgraded to one of the 4 new plans with special pricing. So you will continue to pay the same amount per month or per year, depending on your current arrangement. And if you would like to upgrade your plan you will be able to do so through the new platform interface.
What has happened with all existing data and login credentials?
- All your login credentials will remain the same.
- All your responses and surveys, including draft and archived surveys, will still be available on our new platform.
