SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE POLICY

IPerceptions works on a continuous deployment model. The vast majority of features are added or improved on a regular basis, require no downtime and are not disruptive to customers.

We do occasionally perform minor, low risk maintenances that affect service. These maintenances:

- Do not have impact on your customer's experience as survey display will be reduced or stopped if required

- Occur on Tuesdays or Thursday between 20:00 and 23:00 a few time a year

- Are not explicitly communicated as they have low/no impact.


A few times a year, we may need to perform major infrastructure changes or code releases. These maintenances:

- Do not have impact on your customer's experience as survey display will be reduced or stopped if required

- Will be communicated 10 days prior including nature of maintenance and duration


We may perform emergency maintenance for security reasons. These maintenances:

- Will be communicated with as much advance notice as possible but may sometimes be performed urgently

Enterprise and Professional customers may request notification of major or security events by communicating with their representative.
