Over the past year we have been hard at work re-engineering our collection interface for surveys and comment cards. A phenomenal tablet and mobile experience

According to Monetate Q4 2013 Ecommerce Quarter Report, more than a quarter of traffic to large ecommerce sites comes from a tablet or mobile device. This means it is essential to provide a seamless experience across desktop, tablet and mobile and this extends to your research. That’s why we have meticulously re-designed our survey interface for the tablet and mobile experience. The new interface includes touch screen optimization and a completely responsive design.*

 In addition to re-designing the survey interface, we revamped the question design for a more engaging and intuitive experience on mobile and desktop devices.  Multi-select, column display, single select, open text and ranking question types have all been refreshed with a completely responsive design that is easy to use on mobile or tablet.


Handicap accessibility

We believe everyone should be able to provide their feedback. That’s why every survey is now WCAG 2.0 level AA compliant, the international web content accessibility standard. 

Respondents can leverage screen readers or similar programs to effortlessly take your survey with enhanced keyboard capabilities.

Expanded in-portal preview options

Before you publish your research project live, it’s always recommended that you preview your survey from the respondent’s experience. To make the testing process as straightforward as possible, we have added additional survey preview options. New version exporting

Business objectives shift over time and so does your research. That’s why we have introduced the ability to export live, draft and archived versions of your projects. Greater management capabilities

Siloed research doesn’t help anyone. To improve collaboration and easily share your research within your organization we have updated the approval process for publishing surveys.
