For the 2018 version of this conference, the sessions and labs are split up into 6 different tracks, including one focused on "Analytics & Data Management" and another on "Content & Experience Management", which could prove valuable for Digital Marketers and CX Professionals alike.

Where: Phoenix, AZ
NGCX is a 3-day event aimed at senior level CX executives during which key experts will share their insights and host several classes and workshops to help improve the Customer Experience by:

Oracle’s Modern Customer Experience 2018 conference showcases a lineup of industry leaders and experts who focus on the latest innovations and technologies in the world of Customer Experience and share their insights on how you can leverage these items to optimize your Customer Experience.

A CX program is a shared responsibility across all departments of an organization and requires a sturdy mix of marketing, technology and management for it to be successful.
The brainchild of Scott Brinker, editor of chiefmartec.com and creator of the annual Marketing Technology Landscape supergraphic, MarTech is a conference that dives deep into the marriage between technology and marketing, taking a technical approach to optimizing the Customer Experience.
This conference also includes several workshops that focus on managing different marketing technologies.
If you can’t make it out to the west coast on that date there is also a Boston version of this conference scheduled for October 1st 2018.

The CXPA (Customer Experience Professionals Association) is a non-profit organization that strives towards the development of the field of Customer Experience, whether it's knowledge and insights sharing between its members, or by developing standards and best practices to optimize CX.
Available to members and non-members alike, the 2018 version of the CXPA's U.S. Insight Exchange offers a great opportunity to share and gather insights from professionals strictly focused on CX.
Previous versions of this conference have included "Show and Tell" sessions during which CXPA members present to small groups of people the CX efforts they recently undertook that were successful, which provides a chance to be part of an intimate roundtable that you might not find at other conferences.
