Integrate iPerceptions’ webValidator Continuous Listening Solution data with Tealeaf’s session‐replay data in an easy‐to‐use dashboard for advanced analysis and understanding. Get immediate access to the sessions of targeted visitors, with visibility into their intentions and experiences.

Combine visitors’ website sessions with their open-ended feedback regarding reasons for failed task completion, likes and dislikes, as well as their overall satisfaction scores, iPSI scores, purpose of visit choices, and more – all in one place.  

How it Works

iPerceptions-Tealeaf integration is bi-directional, allowing you to manipulate webValidator data points in the Tealeaf dashboard, or filter Tealeaf session replay links in the iPerceptions portal.

When a visitor agrees to take an iPerceptions survey, iPerceptions captures the Tealeaf cookie which identifies that visitor’s unique session.

At the same time, iPerceptions stores the web service link that connects to the corresponding session replay.  

When the visitor completes the survey, their answers are submitted to Tealeaf.

Once this is complete, you can segment your visitors according to any iPerceptions variable(s) and view the associated sessions with just a single click.
