Filter Tealeaf links in iPerceptions’ portal
When a visitor agrees to take an iPerceptions survey, iPerceptions captures the Tealeaf
cookie which identifies that visitor’s unique session. At the same time, iPerceptions
stores the web service link that connects to the corresponding session replay.
See the iPerceptions VoC data for each session
When you click to view one of the sessions within iPerceptions Advanced Business
Intelligence Reporting, a call is made to open the CXConnect and show the replay
instantaneously.
Manipulate iPerceptions’ VoC data within Tealeaf
In order for Tealeaf to be able to receive iPerceptions survey data, you must have the Tealeaf target page. With this parameter in place, survey data is automatically sent to Tealeaf as soon as the visitor completes the survey.
