Understanding the iPSI Experience Framework

The iPSI Experience Framework is a perceptual framework that helps evaluate the online experience. It works by breaking down the experience into five different Dimensions with each Dimension containing three Attributes. Respondents can be asked questions relating to each Attribute providing insight into the performance of each Attribute, Dimension and then the overall customer experience.
