New Travel Industry Online Visitor Satisfaction Initiative Announced at TravelCom/RES Expo

Las Vegas, NV, April 4, 2007 – The Travel Industry Association (TIA) and iPerceptions
Inc. launches unique research initiative to study visitor satisfaction on destination
marketing organization (DMO) websites.

The Travel Industry Association and iPerceptions Inc, one of North America’s
leading online customer satisfaction and experience research providers announced
today the launch of a research initiative to establish customer satisfaction and
experience benchmarks for destination marketing organization websites.

The initiative will use iPerceptions webValidator Continuous Listening methodology
to establish an industry specific Visitor Satisfaction Index that will allow all
participating websites to measure and gauge their visitor’s satisfaction against
other similar sites.

"What excites us most about this project is the opportunity to provide our members
with a turnkey solution that is easy to implement and provides real-time insights
into the hearts and minds of their website visitors. Moving forward this study
establishes reliable and accurate benchmarks for trending and measuring visitor
satisfaction", said Patty Hubbard, Vice President National Councils, of the Travel
Industry Association of America.

"For iPerceptions, this launch, the second undertaken in partnership with the
Travel Industry Association and one of over sixty projects conducted for travel
related websites is confirmation that the valuable insights and iPerceptions Satisfaction
Index (iPSI) benchmarks derived from our webValidator Continuous Listening solution
are fast becoming industry standards for measuring online visitor satisfaction",
said Daniel Taras, Vice President at iPerceptions. "Participating members will
have access to insights and decision support that in no uncertain terms will help
them increase visitor satisfaction and increase the likelihood of visits to their
destination", said Mr. Taras.

The first phase of the Visitor Satisfaction initiative for destination related
websites is expected to launch in July 2007. Study deliverables include over 15
key metrics providing overall visitor satisfaction ratings and profiles as well
as comparative industry metrics.

This project lays the groundwork for subsequent industry initiatives within the
travel sector.
