iPerceptions To Premier Auto Industry Web Site Usage Ratings

NEW YORK, NY – February 25, 2002 — iPerceptions Inc. (www.iperceptions.com) today announced the upcoming release of proprietary normative industry data
for automotive related web sites. This follows the successful release of iPerceptions’
webValidator industry norms for the hospitality sector in January 2002.

Sites using iPerceptions’ webValidator Solution will be able to benchmark, measure
and rate their users web experience against industry norms with data collected
from over 6,000 unique visitors to the sites of some of North America’s leading
automotive brands. The webValidator industry data will contain critical demographic
and psychographic information as well as user feedback on key attributes such
as ease of navigation, content quality, interactivity and loyalty.

Armed with this data, iPerceptions’ customers will quickly be able to make clear,
concise and accurate evaluations of their sites effectiveness versus the industry
norm. More importantly, they will be able to look at industry specific issues
such as how to increase dealer leads, improve customer retention, or build community.
