Montreal, Quebec April 15, 2002 – When the marketing and research teams at Bell
Globemedia Interactive wanted to better understand their web users’ online experience
at www.GlobeinvestorGOLD.com, their premier subscription-based service launched last fall, they deployed
iPerceptions’ webValidator survey. Over a one-week period, just under a thousand
unique visitors participated in the survey, an extraordinarily high volume given
that no incentives were offered. "We know that web users recognize the benefits

Data analysis confirmed for Bell Globemedia Interactive that subscribers to the
site showed high levels of satisfaction with almost 80% prepared to re-subscribe
when their current subscription expires. The survey confirmed that the wide offering
of tools, features, content and services is a key driver of subscriber satisfaction
and perceived value. "The webValidator survey enabled us to collect and analyze
an enormous amount of quantitative and qualitative data," said Stephanie Kleiman,
