Barry Cracower

Chairman of the Board, iPerceptions

Barry Cracower, 69 years old, is a senior executive with solid marketing and management credentials. As founder and president of the Rexall Pharmacy chain and V.P. of The Katz Group, he was instrumental in growing revenues for The Katz Group from $50 million in annual sales to $5 billion. Mr. Cracower has extensive experience in the retail sector where he was a founder of The Steals People, Canada's first retail computer store. In addition to working on the front lines of retail, Mr. Cracower was senior merchandise manager, non-fashion merchandise, for The T. Eaton Co., and V.P., General Electric brand, for CAMCO. He is a seasoned Board executive currently serving on the Boards of: Dominion Citrus Ltd., Med-Net Benefits Inc., Windrush Energy, and the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.

Jerry Tarasofsky

Jerry Tarasofsky, 68 years old, was one of the founders of iPerceptions and is currently its President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Tarasofsky has over forty (40) years of business and technology experience. Prior to founding iPerceptions in 2000, Mr. Tarasofsky co founded and was CEO of Capability Snapshot Inc., a privately held company that conceived and developed a unique methodology for evaluating organizations capabilities, which continues to be used by major corporations in both North America and Europe as a management tool. In 1984, Mr. Tarasofsky co founded and was President of Mage Centers for Management Development (MAGE), an international management consulting firm. In 1976, Mr. Tarasofsky co founded Compucentre Inc., a national Canadian retail chain and the oldest computer store chain in the world.

Denis M. Sirois

Denis M. Sirois, 36 years old, is Executive Vice President of Exaclan Inc. and has held this position since 1996. He is also Vice President, investments of Telesystem Ltd, since March 2006, both organizations being private holding companies. Mr. Sirois also sits on the Board of directors of Opsens inc. (TSX Venture: OPS), Telesystem Ltd and Gestion Fier-Succès Inc. Mr. Sirois also sits on the Executive Committee of Exaclan Inc. and on the Investment Committees of both Fonds Propulsion III, société en commandite and Fonds ID, société en commandite. Mr. Sirois started his career working for Bureau de credit collectif ltée (BCCL) where he became General Manager in 1993. BCCL was a leader in credit information systems in the Province of Quebec and was sold to a multinational corporation in 1996.

Daphne Kis

Daphne Kis is a strategic business advisor to young companies. She has over thirty years experience creatively managing content and bringing people together to collaboratively achieve compelling outcomes. Until recently, she was Vice President of Business to Business Programs at CNET Networks which had acquired her company, EDventure Holdings, in 2004. At EDventure, Kis was President and CEO, as well as publisher of the influential business report, Release 1.0, and executive producer of the technology industry's premier executive gathering, PC Forum. Her prior marketing and business experience includes many publications and media properties such as The Nation, Random House, the City of New York, Jewish Museum and Arista Records. With extensive experience in private equity investing, Kis sits on the boards of ApplyWise and iPerceptions, on the advisory board of Affinity Labs and BeaconStreetGirls.com; she previously served on the boards of About.com and Chapbooks.com. She is a member of the board of Girls Learn International and the Fire Island Synagogue, and on the development committee for LaGuardia High School for Music and Art and the Performing Arts. Kis earned a bachelor degree in women's history from Hampshire College and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. She lives in New York City with her husband and two teenage daughters.

Claude Blanchet

Claude Blanchet, M.B.A., 61 years old, is currently a corporate director. He was, from January 2006 to December 2006, President and Chief Executive Officer of Overlord Financial Inc. (TSX-V: OFI-VN), a Calgary-based corporation specialized in the management of energy-related investment funds. Since August 2005, he also acted as Vice President of the Board and Chief Operating Officer of this corporation. Prior to these positions, Mr. Blanchet was successively Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Société Générale de Financement du Québec (SGF) from April 1997 to May 2003, and Chief Executive Officer of the Fonds de Solidarité FTQ , from November 1983 to March 1997. Throughout his career, Mr. Blanchet was also a director of many public corporations such as Cascades Inc. (TSX: CAS), Domtar Inc. (TSX: DTC) and Saputo Inc. (TSX: SAP). He has been a director of Dacha Capital Inc. (TSX: DAC) since September 2006.

Jean Lavigueur

Jean Lavigueur, 46 years old, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Coveo Solutions Inc., an enterprise search vendor since April 2006. Before Coveo, he co-founded and served as Chief Financial Officer of Taleo Corporation (NASDAQ: TLEO), a public company providing talent management and staffing solutions on the Web from March 1999 to May 2005, and served from June 2005 to December 2005 in other capacities, including Vice President, Finance. Prior to Taleo, Mr. Lavigueur served as chief financial officer of Baan Supply Chain Solutions, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications vendor, from May 1996 to February 1999, and as Chief Financial Officer of Berclain Group, a supply chain management solutions vendor acquired by BAAN, from May 1991 to April 1996. Prior to his employment with Berclain Group, Mr. Lavigueur worked in the audit and tax divisions of Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers), a public accounting firm. Mr. Lavigueur holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Laval University in Canada and has been a Chartered Accountant since 1986.
