Jerry Tarasofsky

Jerry Tarasofsky

President, Chief Executive Officer, iPerceptions

Jerry has over 35 years of business and technology experience. Prior to founding iPerceptions in 2000, Jerry co-founded and was CEO of Capability Snapshot Inc, a privately held company that developed a unique methodology for evaluating organization capabilities. Major corporations in both North America and Europe continue to use Capability Snapshots as a management tool. In 1984, Jerry co-founded and was President of Mage Centers for Management Development (Mage), an international management-consulting firm. In 1976, Jerry co-founded Compucentre, a national retail chain and oldest computer chain store in the world. He also was one of the first executives to market PC's including Apple, TI, Commodore, and IBM using the retail channel.

Chief Financial Officer, iPerceptions

Martin Faucher is responsible for the overall financial management of the company. Prior to joining iPerceptions, Martin was Chief Financial Officer of Microbridge Technologies Canada Inc. He was also the former Chief Financial Officer and Co-owner of Kaydara Inc, a leading 3-D animation software company. Martin started his career with Ernst & Young, LLP, as an external auditor in September 1992. In 1994, he was promoted to Project Manager in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Ernst & Young, LLP, providing acquisition, divestiture, valuation, financing and reorganization services to leading international companies. Martin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Management Science from McGill University, where he graduated with the University Scholar and Faculty of Management Award designations. He also has a diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill obtained in 1993. Martin has been a member of the Ordre des Comptables Agrees du Quebec since 1995.

Stephen Berns

Stephen is a former partner with an international management-consulting firm, directing a number of major consulting assignments around the world. Stephen specializes in policy development and deployment of Information Technologies. Among other achievements in the development area, he was the chief architect of a widely recognized and internationally distributed Apparel MRP/ERP (Material/Enterprise Resource Planning) software package. Previously, Stephen was a founding partner in a company that designed and developed IT solutions for major international hotel chains, with installations throughout the world.

Duff Anderson

Duff Anderson

Vice President, Research and Development, iPerceptions

Duff is a leader in designing and implementing online research methodologies as well as analyzing and reporting on their results. From 1995 to 2000 he held the position of Director of Development at Capability Snapshot Inc. Duff is responsible for core product development, research design, data modeling and analysis. He was instrumental in the original development of the webValidator and its strategic focus implications.

Jonathan Levitt

Jonathan Levitt

Vice President, Marketing, iPerceptions

Jonathan is responsible for all marketing, branding, communications and public relations initiatives for the company. He has more than thirteen years of hands on marketing and sales experience, the last ten years spent primarily in e-business strategy and management. He has worked with some of North America's largest corporations including Bank of America, MasterCard International, Verizon Information Services and the US Navy primarily on database marketing and customer acquisition and retention projects.

Richard Zeidel

Richard is responsible for managing and training iPerceptions North American sales team. Prior to joining iPerceptions, Richard was a Director of Sales at Canada's largest telecommunications company. In that role he developed and implemented sales plans to expand into new markets and was responsible for the creation of multiple new sales channels for the company. He was a co-founder of MediaFactory Marketing Group, one of the leading interactive developers for the apparel industry. He is team oriented with a strong focus on bottom line results.

Daniel Taras

Vice President, Business Development, iPerceptions

As Vice President Business Development, Daniel has overall responsibility for managing the company's extensive and most valuable portfolio of automotive, travel and consumer electronics clients. Daniel is a founding member of iPerceptions and brings many years of direct sales and business development experience to the company. His vertical market focus includes over six years of hands-on experience working with brand leaders in the travel and automotive sectors and more recently consumer electronics brands including Dell, Panasonic and Samsung. Daniel also has direct experience working with a number of technology companies where he directed the corporate sales department of two national Internet service providers. He also managed the North American office of an international Cisco Gold Certified network integration provider.
