Claude Guay

Claude Guay

President and Chief Executive Officer, iPerceptions

Claude Guay is the President and Chief Executive Officer at iPerceptions. Guay joins iPerceptions from PhoCusWright where he provided actionable intelligence and strategic consulting to companies in the travel and tourism industry. Guay previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Gildan Activewear, a global apparel manufacturer listed on the NYSE and TSX. During his two-year tenure, Gildan Activewear grew from $773 million to $1.25 billion in annual sales. Guay also founded and served as CEO of MTI Services, a management consulting services firm. Between 2000 and 2005, Guay served as President and CEO of international travel packaging solution company Accovia, where he drove the successful and complete image makeover, introduced new strategic solutions and premier customers, and led the sale of the company. Prior to his CEO role at Accovia, Guay worked in business development, marketing and sales roles for 16 years at IBM, most recently as an executive in the company’s Global Travel and Transportation Industry unit, where he focused on leveraging new digital technologies to provide significant market and corporate benefits. A widely recognized and often quoted expert in travel-related ecommerce and technology publications, Guay has served as a speaker at many travel industry conferences, including Online Revealed, PhoCusWright, ResExpo, TravelCom, marcus evans, Travel Industry Association of Canada and multiple IATA events.
Stephen Berns

Chief Information Officer, iPerceptions

Stephen is a former partner with an international management-consulting firm, directing a number of major consulting assignments around the world. Stephen specializes in policy development and deployment of Information Technologies. Among other achievements in the development area, he was the chief architect of a widely recognized and internationally distributed Apparel MRP/ERP (Material/Enterprise Resource Planning) software package. Previously, Stephen was a founding partner in a company that designed and developed IT solutions for major international hotel chains, with installations throughout the world.

Duff Anderson

Vice President, Research and Development, iPerceptions

Duff is a leader in designing and implementing online research methodologies as well as analyzing and reporting on their results. From 1995 to 2000 he held the position of Director of Development at Capability Snapshot Inc. Duff is responsible for core product development, research design, data modeling and analysis. He was instrumental in the original development of the webValidator and its strategic focus implications.

Len Emmick

Chief Sales Officer, iPerceptions

Len Emmick is the Chief Sales Officer at iPerceptions. Mr. Emmick joins iPerceptions with 20 years of executive leadership and sales experience at IBM, Infinium Software, and Honeywell, among others. Mr. Emmick, who most recently served as senior vice president of sales at mobile marketing company Air2Web, is responsible for driving continued revenue and customer growth for iPerceptions.

Daniel Taras

Vice President, Sales, iPerceptions

Daniel Taras is VP of Sales at iPerceptions. He has the overall responsibility for managing the company's extensive and most valuable portfolio of automotive, travel and consumer electronics clients. Daniel is a founding member of iPerceptions and brings many years of direct sales and business development experience to the company. His vertical market focus includes over six years of hands-on experience working with brand leaders in the travel and automotive sectors and more recently consumer electronics brands including Dell, Panasonic and Samsung. Daniel also has direct experience working with a number of technology companies where he directed the corporate sales department of two national Internet service providers. He also managed the North American office of an international Cisco Gold Certified network integration provider.

Lane Cochrane is VP of Insight at iPerceptions. Cochrane has more than 15 years of management and business development experience in the market research industry, including 10 years in leadership roles at The Nielsen Company. At iPerceptions, Cochrane is responsible for developing and implementing new research offerings and programs that maximize client success and extend the impact of Voice of Customer analytics across global businesses.

Paul Robillard is VP Marketing at iPerceptions. A seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and corporate leadership, Robillard has successfully led growth initiatives at IBM, BCE Emergis, Fortsum and Netscape. In his new role at iPerceptions, he will lead all aspects of global marketing as the company extends its web analytics leadership and expands its strategic vision, business goals and product lines.
Stephen Lapointe

Stephen Lapointe

Chief Financial Officer, iPerceptions

Stephen Lapointe is Chief Financial Officer at iPerceptions. He brings more than a decade of operational and financial management experience to iPerceptions. Before joining iPerceptions, Lapointe held financial management consulting positions at Optimal Payments, a medium-sized private technology company operating within a complex corporate structure, and at SR Telecom, where he served as Corporate Controller responsible for all finance functions, global reporting, and accounting. Prior to that, Lapointe was acting Director of Finance for FireOne Group PLC, a public company in the UK and major subsidiary of Optimal. He also served as Director of Financial Reporting at Optimal Payments Inc., another subsidiary of Optimal, where he was responsible for the reporting of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financials for both Optimal Payments and FireOne Group (listed on London’s AIM exchange) through a period of exponential growth. Lapointe also spent six years in audit at Raymond, Chabot, Grant, Thornton, where he helped oversee a staff of 40 and was responsible for audits, reviews, prospectuses, tax returns, and due diligence reports.
